What Living in Survival Mode Is Really Costing You

There was a period in my life where I genuinely thought being exhausted all the time was just who I was. I would wake up tired, move through the day on autopilot, snap at the people I loved, and collapse into bed at night still running through everything I had not done. I thought I was just busy. I thought I was just getting through it.

What I did not know then was that I was living in survival mode. And survival mode, while it keeps you going in a crisis, was never designed to be a permanent address.
